Exciting times are on the horizon at Shireland Biomedical UTC as they get ready to launch the CEIDA Smart Homes Project in September 2023.
In collaboration with seven other UTCs, this visionary project aims to bring together Year 12 students from across the country for a common cause – creating a smart home environment tailored to the needs of individuals living with the effects of brain injuries. This initiative represents a heartfelt commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of those facing significant healthcare challenges.
The culmination of this project will be presented at an event in London for the winning group of students.
