Families and Carers

We understand the importance of strong home-school relationships and we see families as partners in learning that will work alongside the school to support both the pastoral and academic sides of their child’s education.

Clear and regular communication with families is key to the development and success of this relationship. We communicate important information to families and carer in several ways across the academic year.

As well as face to face and written communication we also use online mediums such as our password-protected Learning Gateway and Social Media.

We will report back on your child’s progress several times per year, one of those times as a full end of year report, in addition to formal parents’ evenings.

It is also vitally important that communication is two-way. If you have any questions, problems or just something that you think we need to know, please do not hesitate to contact the school.
