Dear Parent/Carer,
We would like to invite you to be part of the Shireland Biomedical UTC Family Forum Community meeting.
We understand that your voice and contribution is an extremely important factor to the success of our Academy.
As a group we will meet three times during the academic year and meetings will be chaired by our Principal, Mrs Stephens. These meeting enable to you gain first-hand information about the education system, policies, and curriculum.
In a comfortable setting, we discuss challenges, community issues and more importantly feedback from family members and community leaders. These meetings promote cohesion, and lead to supporting all parties involved in the community of our Academy.
Each meeting will have its own set agenda discussing the following topics:
- Current updates
- School environment
- Student progress
- School improvements
The meeting will take place at the academy on Thursday, 20th June 2024 at 1600. This will also give you an opportunity to discuss topics you would like to be addressed at the next meeting, along with confirmation of the next meeting date.
